The service
sendtoboo lets you create and share interactive surprise pages and view the replies. We may change, limit or stop features at any time. The service is provided “as is”, without guarantees of availability.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Each account can have a limited number of pages.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to store and show it so the service works. You promise that you have the right to use your content, including photos, music and videos you link to.
Not allowed
- Harassing, threatening, deceiving or pressuring anyone, or sharing content about someone without their consent.
- Sexual content involving minors, or any illegal content.
- Collecting passwords, payment details or other sensitive data through your page.
- Impersonating other people or organisations, spam, or attempts to break or overload the service.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, sendtoboo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.
